  • Minnesota Student Survey

RTR Schools will be participating in the 2019 Minnesota Student Survey.  This survey is sponsored by the MN Department of Education and is administered every three years.  This voluntary survey asks students about their activities, opinions, behaviors and experiences. Students respond to questions on school climate, bullying, out-of-school activities, health and nutrition, emotional and mental health, relationships, substance use and more. Questions about sexual behaviors are asked only of ninth- and 11th-grade students. All responses are anonymous.

This survey will be administered to grades 5, 8, 9, and 11 mid to late January, 2019.  Two weeks prior to administration, parents will be emailed a consent notice with more details about the survey.  Parents who do not have an email address on file with the district will receive the consent notice via USPS.  Parents may review a copy fo the survey prior to administration and opt their child out of participation.
