Mission Statement:  The goal of RTR Dollars for Scholars Chapter is to motivate and encourage our high school students to pursue higher education by offering scholarships to help them obtain their goals.

Goals:  1)  Develop a permanent endowment fund. The interest earned from this fund will be used to provide scholarships.  2)  To increase awards given to our graduating seniors from the present level.

General Information:  RTR Dollars for Scholars Foundation was formed in 2002, with the purpose of providing local students with financial aid, personal encouragement and support to pursue higher levels of education. 

We are an affiliate of Minnesota Dollars for Scholars which is a network of community scholarship foundations affiliated with "SCHOLARSHIP AMERICA" formerly Citizens' Scholarship Foundation of America (CSFA).  Scholarship America is a national nonprofit student aid service organization dedicating its charitable purpose solely to the creation and support of community-based scholarship programs.
