Requirements for Class Trips

1.     To be eligible for their class trip, students may not have any type of detention or suspension during the fourth quarter.

2.   To be eligible students may only be in the noon study hall for late work a maximum of 5 times during the fourth quarter.  On the sixth time they will become ineligible for their trip.

3.   All work must be completed and turned in 2 days prior to their trip.

4.   Any student failing a class 2 days prior to their trip will be ineligible for the trip.

5.   Students must participate fully in Showcase Night (March 30) to be eligible.  This means students must have a display and meet the requirements for Showcase Night as explained in the handout given to all students.

6.   All school accounts and fees must be paid in full to be eligible.  This is a district policy.

7.   The bottom portion of this letter must be returned by April 1.

Please return this portion to school by Thursday, April 1.
