·         Ticket Winners for last week are:  6^th grade: Kale Walsh, Jared Baartman, Cynthia Torke, Hunter Vanlerberghe; 7^th grade:  Jacob Peterson, Brittney Thooft, Kiele Carlson, Cameron Jorgensen; 8^th grade: Travis Torke, Jeremy Alsaker, Alex Baartmen, Mason Johnson.

·         Ticket totals for the week: 6^th grade: 50 grand total of 351, 7^th grade: 63, grand total or 238.  8^th grade: 52, grand total of 182.  7^th grade has earned a free period!

·         Any 8^th graders interested in Driver’s Ed., come to the office and pick up the forms.    The class is March 13-16 and March 19-23.   You must be 15 by July 15, 2012.  Forms need to be in by Feb. 24.

• Each February is recognized as American Heart Month - On Monday, February 13 the RTR FCCLA Senior Chapter is hosting a Red Out Event in cooperation with the RTR vs. Hills Beaver Creek Basketball game.  Get your Basketball Themed t-shirt for the Red Out event before they are gone.  Sign up for sizes in Mrs. Borman’s room.  Cost is $6.00. Get your order in as soon as possible.  Shirts will be handed out on Feb. 10.

• Please help Stephanie Kuhlman and Lauren Johnson collect donations for Africa. The donation jar is on Mr. Heerdt’s desk. Africa needs our help to get food, water, education, clothes, hospitals, and houses. The three major charities donations will be going to are: Books for Africa, Charity: Water, and Friends of Africa International. Thanks!
