Online learning offers students the ability to engage in opportunities to which they might not otherwise have access. All online courses offered through MDE Approved Online programs are:
- Taught by Minnesota licensed teachers
- Meet or exceed state academic standards
- Transfer to other public school district
- Apply to high school graduation
If you have questions about the status of our application and/or interested in learning more about our intended online programming for students please contact:

Welcome to RTR , we are glad you are here to join us.
A Welcome from the Superintendent...
Our schools are dedicated to providing a rich and comprehensive education to every student we serve by embracing, and teaching to all unique learning styles. We believe that a quality public education is the foundation for a quality life, and we will do our best every day to welcome our students to learn in a safe and comfortable environment where they will be challenged and supported to grow academically, socially, physically, and emotionally.
Our teachers, administrators, and support staff members are proud to serve the communities of RTR and its children as they grow and learn, and we will strive to give them a vast array of academic, artistic, athletic, and leadership opportunities. We believe that our schools are the cornerstones of this community, and we will work hard to foster communication and collaboration with students, parents, community members and alumni so that we can work together to celebrate our historic past and improve daily to enhance the present so that we can to build a bright future for RTR Schools.
I encourage you visit our schools, contact our teachers to discuss the education of your children, and support our many school events and activities. It will take all of us working together to continue achieving at the highest level and giving our children the best opportunities to succeed. We have great schools, great teachers, great students, and we live in great communities.

Superintendent of Schools
